Introducing Check4Cancer services under salary sacrifice will cost the employer no money at all; actually the employer will save National Insurance costs on services that Check4Cancer delivers.
Using the example of a 40% tax and 2% National Insurance payer, a Check4Cancer service that costs £100 will save the employer over £13 and the employee will pay only £4.84 per month over a 12 month period.
Please note that tax implications for salary sacrifice are due to change from April 2017 - follow this link for more information: HMRC Employer Bulletin
For companies who do not have a salary sacrifice platform, Check4Cancer can provide access to a personalised, co-branded microsite enabling employees to sign up for our services at a small additional cost.
